These days we have been enjoying a great outpour of God in our congregation.  I find myself in awe of the love that God has for his people.  He has repeatedly seen us through many hard trials.  How can he love us so deeply in the face of our flaws? What a mighty God!

What I love about God, among so many things, is his never ending reservoir. It seems as if we run out of everything.  We lose patience with our children.  We run out of tolerance with our fellowman. We lack respect for our leaders. We just don't seem to have enough of the things that make us better representatives of the God we serve.  Maybe it isn't that we don't have enough, but that we don't access what is available to us when we need it.

When we go out to eat with our family, we spend the time laughing and talking about our days.  All the while, we are taking bites and sipping down our beverages.  We often don't pay much attention to the server until we realize that drink is getting low or is even empty.  I start trying to get the last sip out while I wait.  Now, you may not do this, but really out of habit, I usually ask, "Are the refills free?"

God is so good that he just keeps the grace, goodness, temperance, mercy, and love coming! When you start to feel low on what you need to get through the day, remember that you can go to God as many times as you need to recharge and refuel.  There's no reason to walk about this place without all the love you need.  Strength is available to you at a heart's whisper.  It really doesn't matter what you need. Whether it's forgiveness or faith, God has an endless supply waiting just for you. Refills are free!

Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need Hebrews 4:16KJV

But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
